My fourth best fruit is Banana. Banana is a popular fruit as well as vegetable. Bananas account for 54% of the total cultivated area in Sri Lanka. We are also rich in fiber and salts like potassium which are necessary for the functioning of the body. Therefore, eating bananas helps one maintain a healthy state of health.
Sri Lanka has many varieties of bananas. Sri Lanka is a land traditionally associated with bananas, with many varieties of bananas that differ in shape, size, color and taste. Banana is a food rich in antioxidants. It has been found that eating foods containing antioxidants can control free radicals that cause many diseases including kidney cancer. Bananas contribute to the healing of stomach ulcers without causing ulcers. Dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin B6 in bananas all contribute to improving the health of the heart. It has been found that tryptophan, an amino acid contained in bananas, improves memory and relieves stress.

Bananas contain fiber as well as vitamins and minerals that can provide health benefits. Bananas are among the most important food crops on Earth. Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. There are so many things I love about these bananas. I am going to share some of them with you.

The scientific background of this is that tryptophan, a type of protein found in bananas, becomes serotonin in the body, which is capable of relaxing the mind and relieving stress. Another point is vitamin B6 in bananas. Vitamin B6 regulates blood glucose levels and blood glucose levels have been found to affect mood.

Bananas represent about 54% of the total fruit area cultivated in Sri Lanka. I have also grown banana trees in our house. This is the banana plantation at our house. We eat banana almost every morning. We also make banana juice and banana smoothy.

Banana is not a seasonal fruit. This fruit grows everywhere throughout the year. Almost every home in Sri Lanka has bananas. Banana is a very popular fruit. Bananas are raw or ripe. So we can easily eat this fruit whenever we want. Various curries are made from these raw bananas. You can also make banana juice. You can also make banana smoothies. Fruit salad is made and eaten with fruits such as bananas, pineapples and mango.
Some people in Sri Lanka make various foods by drying bananas. Bananas are also dried and fried to make chips.
