Hello 👏👏 my people in this beautiful community , it's another beautiful week 16, with another amazing drawing topic, "DRAW A PEACOCK" 😂✍️.

THE ORIGIN OF PEACOCK

Peacock as we know is a very pretty, proud, cat walking, strong , multi colored, bold and fearless very big bird. Looking at a peacock you will love the colours. This exceptional big bird originated from Asia. The very blue coloured peacock is of Indian origin, according to research. This very big bird is an omnivores bird that feeds on grasses and tiny, tiny insects like grasshoppers.

WHAT QUALITIES DOES PEACOCK HAS

The qualities of a peacock is very amazing.
** Peacock is known for it's many colourful feathers all over it's body.

** The feather, looking at them closely appears like eyes, and these feathers are part of it's mating attraction to the opposite sex, either male or the female peafowl.

** Peacock is a ploygamus bird that loves to attract many opposite sex of it's kind to it self at all times. (The peahens).

** Peacock is a very big bird that cannot fly very high in the sky like every other birds, rather it can fly up to the trees around it or on top of a house roof.

** Peacock can hop, flap it's wings, run and make some chuckling sounds like the chickens.

** Peacock has beautiful colours at it's feathers and that's the beauty of this big bird, the peacock colours are like the rainbows.

** Peacock is known for pride, it's a proud bird. People usually say that someone is as proud as the peacock.

** Peacock is very fearless, it likes fighting other creatures, because it's a bold bird, it can even fight human beings.

** The female which are known as the peahen lay eggs to reproduce it's young ones.

TYPES OF PEACOCK

We have the male and female types of this bird.
The male is known as peacocks, while the female are known as peahens. When they are moving together in a group they are called the peafowl. The most pronounced colours of peacock is blue, green, black and white colours all in their numerous feathers.

HAVE YOU SEEN ONE BEFORE?

Yes of course, I saw a peafowl at a poltury farm where they are being raised for business purposes by the owner.
Their eggs are huge as well more than that of a chicken hen.

ARE THEY IMPORTANT TO MAN, WHAT SIGNIFICANT ROLE DO THEY PLAY IN HUMAN LIFE

Peacocks are proteinous meat to the human beings. They are source of meat we use to make our stew, soup, pepper soup, barbecue, roasted and many other ways of eating them as we choose to. Peacock is turkey meat that is the most significant role they play in human life.

Peafowls are pets to some people, they raise and term them to behave nice as the choose to, pets like dogs and cats in some homes.

WHY DO YOU LIKE IT?

First of all, peacock or peafowl are source of protein because they are meat for human beings. I can train them to become my pets like dogs and cats, they are birds but living among people. They can be a source of money making if raised for business.
The meat of peacock is called turkey meat in our markets and cold room stores and in our supermarkets, people buy and eat them on daily basis.

THESE ARE MY STEPS IN DRAWING A PEACOCK

** STEP 1:

MY TOOLS ARE READY TO DRAW

This is my tools to start the drawing.

The tools here include a packet of 12 colours crayons by name "RUN TOP" it's for colouring my drawings. My pencil is here for their drawing. My red marker is also here for colouring too.
The eraser is here for cleaning up any mistake in case they occur. The white plain sheet of paper is here for drawing.

**STEP 2: THE DRAWING HAS STARTED.

I started the drawing for the head of the peacock, the head image has been put in place.
I will now start tracing it down to the legs and other parts of the body.

In conclusion, peacock is a very big bird, beautified by nature, very proud, bold and fearless omnivores bird but can be eaten as a source of protein by human beings.
