The book talks and inspire us from our great leader on why to take action, it's written by simon sinek. In this influential book , Simon sinek explores and talks about how Great leaders inspires others by starting with a clear sense of WHY -- Thier purpose -- Their belief that drives them .
This concept is explained in what he called The Golden circle which consist of three important circles : Why , How and What. The idea is by starting with WHY , leaders can inspire loyalty and engagement more effectively than by starting with What or How
