Things i learnet from parents and best food i like

I want to share to you my food I like best in Nigeria, so that my steemians will also join me to test it, and how to cook it for your friends or visitors around you. Learn from the little I have thank you.

The food I like best in Nigeria is porridge yam which a proteinase food in the body which build you and give more energy to work. The porridge yam I a very nice food cook my Nigerians and other places too, but I don't really know for other countries if there are use to this food am talking about.

HOE TO PREPARE THE PORRIDGE YAM IN NIGERIA

First of all you get a piece of yam, you are going to pile the yam back which the surface of the yam will be white in colour, after piling it, you cut it into smaller pieces for it to boil find after cutting it, wash the dirty out of it you can wash it twice so that the dirty will come out.

After all put the yam in the pot put little water into the pot set your fire and make the water boil then the yam will be soft and Smooth to eat. After the water is boiled the yam will softing then pour the little water out of the pot.

Poud your crayfish, onions, pepper and other condemned you have after pounding it find a plate and park it out from the moter . And cut a little leaf and put.

Put the the yam back into the fire and don't put any water again a little water will be side , put your palm oil into the yam, after all put your pounding stuff and salt, Magi to make it test good. Leave it for same time to boil again then move it. The food is prepared for eating with your friends and visitors.
