RE: Photo Story Diary - Three Spins for Good Luck

Note to the post

Today, while walking through the center of my city, I remembered a curious tradition that I thought might be interesting to share with you. I took some photos of a tourist who, like many before him, decided to try the famous good luck ritual in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan.

With a serious and focused expression, the tourist placed his heel on the genitals of the bull depicted in the mosaic on the floor and began to spin three times on his own axis. This gesture, which celebrates the unity of Italy represented by the emblem of Turin, has become a ritual to attract good fortune.

I’ve seen many people try this ritual over the years, and I’ve done it myself many times. Today, I invite you to try it too, wherever you are right now! Lift the tip of your foot and spin on the heel of the leg on which you have the most balance. Make three spins, make a wish, and like this post to seal your good fortune!

Who knows? Maybe this little gesture will actually bring you some luck. Give it a try and have fun following this charming tradition, wherever you are. And if you’re in Milan, even better—let me know, and we can do it together!

What if those people fall down and break something? Is the city responsible? A strange tradition but a funny one.

For now, the only damage is to the bull’s testicles, 😅 which the city has already had to restore several times.

I’m glad you found it funny, thank you!

How to restaurate the bull's private parts? Is the idea to succeed swirl around on the poor beasts testicles to be allowed to make a wish. Buying a cake, blowing the candles and making a wish is faster. Poor bulls I thought only in Spain they made bulls cry.

Take token of appreciation to me....
