MY THOUGHTS RIGHT NOW

Hey Steemians 🙋‍♂️

So many times I've felt like achieving a particular height, but I ended up not attaining such height
I've set goals, dreamt big but at the end it happened that I couldn't actualize such dreams.
I've written so many exams, what I had in mind was to pass in flying colors (perform extremely well) but I ended up failing some of such exams. 🥺
I've got plans of being a performing music artist and producer but right now it's more like it ain't feasible.
Sometimes I feel like giving up on those big dreams and just embrace life and what it brings.😩
People see me and say that I've got an infectious smile, that I smile always. They don't know that there's pain beneath those beautiful smiles.

Yeah... I put on those beautiful smiles on my face even though things ain't going as planned.
I smile even when I feel so much pain inside.
I smile even when people hurt me.
I smile even when I've got no cash.
I smile even when I've no food to eat.
Keeping my head standing tall believing that someday everything is gon turn out for good in my favour.
Having that strong belief that there would definitely be joy in the morning
Bearing in mind that there are better days ahead.
And most importantly knowing fully well that I've got an Almighty God who's sitted in heaven watching over. Thus, I'm safe and covered!💪
My hardwork with God being constant would definitely pave way for me even if it's not now but in the nearest future. 🙏
