I hope you all will be fine as always and doing great for ourselves and for the humanity also. It's almost 5 days since I have updated any article here due to traveling as I have just finished my last semester exams. But today I have came up with the experience that will help you to keep your mind relax during the harsh time your life. Which is the most essential things 5o be keep healthy during nowadays. So let's get started with it.

It will activate the energy centers in your body, making you feel better within seconds. Actually, our body has a bundle of nerves and blood vessels, which are spread all over the body. The palms, in particular, have certain nerve and blood vessels that help to refresh the mind and relax the body when stimulated by clapping.

Replace thoughts with positive words

Words are the energy that can quickly change your thoughts and lift your mood. Meaning positive statements are a proven technique for improving your mood, reducing stress, and boosting your self-confidence. Although there are large numbers of ways to keep your mind healthy but just think if we able to do this two simple only steps which I think is the most doable habits which can be easily included in our daily life style. So again, I am saying it's not worth If you are not going to apply in your daily life.
