Hello Everyone ! Namaste 🙏

I hope you will be fine and doing great for yourself as well as the community itself by the way before going into the today's topic of discussion I would like say sorry for being not present from a month fue to my ongoing semester exams.
I apologise for such delays in my work here but yeah from nowyards I would love to put my opinion forward to the community itself.

So, as always without wasting any our time let's start with the discussion of the today's topic. Which I have thought that the common thought going around the every man of the young age. So let's find out the solutions of it.

The mind not staying in one place, running from one thought to another, is often called the nature of the mind. But, running of the mind at such a high speed is also related to our restlessness.

"People with obsessive thoughts often worry about what they should have done, what they haven't done, and what's next." According to Fairlie Fabret, a psychologist at McLean Hospital, Harvard,

They are continuously attracted towards the past, present and future. But, it has the disadvantage that they cannot concentrate at one place. Due to this, their restlessness and tension increase further. So what will be the some basics steps which should be practiced to avoid such situations. Oh well, here are some steps we can try to break the cycle of fast-paced thoughts:

  • Confront, not avoid, disturbing thoughts : Prepare yourself to face them. Realize that these fast-moving thoughts are just noise. Sometimes our mind does this. As soon as you think this, you will not feel helpless. You will be able to see your thoughts from the right perspective and it will be easy to manage them.

  • Ease of breathing : Try to calm yourself in moments. Try mindfulness for this. Close your eyes. Slowly take attention to the breath. Say one while breathing in, say two while exhaling. Do this for 10 or until the mind becomes calm.

  • Divert your mind : Consciously divert your attention to break the cycle of thoughts. Tell your mind that right now you want to do something else. Repeat continuously and do reading of your choice, listening to music, talking to a friend, walking in the open, doing push-ups for a while etc.
