Yeah, I agree with you that what we do regularly and daily will eventually become a habit.
For me, it has become my habit to wake up very early everyday just as it is your habit, but I wish I can also wake up to fruits just like you.
Your mother like every other mum is very hardworking, waking up early to prepare breakfast is not always easy.

This is the greatest nation in the world. This human race is a slave of habit. Any work is done in a way that becomes a habit at once.
It has become a habit to wake up because I go to the office at the same time every day.
It's really hard to get up early in the morning and have breakfast.
