Our dear @plantstoplanks, fitness coach and plant based wizz in the kitchen, is hosting the Deepak Chopra 21 Day Abundance challenge to kick off the new year for those wishing to get into a meditation routine. You may never have meditated before, or perhaps you want to hold yourself accountable to a solid practice - either way, you're welcome to join us for three weeks of a daily meditation.

You can find her invitatation post here. Each day, you'll find a new challenge and meditation in a special Discord channel JUST for 'abundancers'. You don't need to delegate to @naturalmedicine to join in at all as you'll be given a special role on request.

Those who completed the challenge in December really enjoyed it - it was great to be accountable to a meditation practice and to set aside some time each day to reflect, relax and reprogram brains focussed on 'lack' over 'plenty'. We do hope you join us! Don't feel obligated to continue if you start and it's not for you - sometimes just giving it a go gives us the impetus to continue. Personally, I thought I'd last two days! I felt really good to get to the end of the challenge with a new mindset and some intentions to carry me into the New Year.
