You have to keep yourself fit

Just as we try to motivate ourselves in many ways, we have to try to keep ourselves fit because we have to do our own thing, not let others do it for me. So you have to put your best efforts on being mentally fit.

We know that if we eat good food it will have a good effect on our body but if we eat bad food it will have a bad effect, then it would be foolish to expect something good if you continue to eat bad food even after you understand it. Now if you keep doing this then something good will never happen, it can't happen.

Then you need to think about yourself first and be more conscious about keeping yourself fit. If you can do certain exercises then it will be best for you. In addition to food, exercise plays the most important role in keeping the body fit.

I prefer cycling because it is a great habit and very effective in keeping the body fit. Cycling is a great exercise for the body, so if you have the opportunity, you can ride it yourself. Just try to keep yourself fit anyway.
