This is amazing - you ask a question like this in your mind and somebody unexectedly comes out of left field with the answer. Serendipity gets my vote:
perhaps it is serendipitous, perhaps it is the universe helping me to process all of this or maybe it is actually you.
Oooh but wait. Did your friend plant the seed in someone else's mind to answer that one for you. To let you know the separation is only "imaginary" or temporary (as New Age mystics and sages often suggest).
