Hi Jo, what a lovely post reminding me of the Nature Spirit, I so believe. Grieving is very hard. We humans are on earth to experience the full gamut of emotions, sadness is one that is felt often. So sorry to hear about your friend.

It’s sad to see my friend when there is no hope of her getting better. I try to visit quite often.
