In your own understanding, what is creativity?

Creativity is the ability of a person to think about using his own ideas in producing something new that has not existed before. The purpose of creativity is to solve societal problems. It is very important to bring our imaginative ideas into reality. Most of the young, talented individuals in Nigeria have good ideas but they lack capital, and also failure of the government hinders the process.

Creativity paves a way for talented people; in fact, it is one of the ways to help us grow. Without creativity, we will remain in one place. Creativity is important in our lives because everything changes on a daily basis. Some people are naturally born to be creative so that they can use their imaginative idea in a unique way.

Describe 5 ways we can improve our creative skill.

Here are some skills we need to be more perfect when delivering our service to the masses.

• Collaborate With Others: We cannot do everything alone; we need to work with other team in order to generate new perspectives and also help us identify areas where we lack behind.

• Exercise Regularly: This can boost our morale to perform certain tasks. Regular exercise reduces certain kinds of stress we may experience throughout the day, and this will give us the opportunity to think beyond our imagination.

.• Keep Reading Books: This is an important way to improve your creative skills. Reading different books that you find interesting will help you discover something new and a different approach you can use in solving complex problems. Start reading books today not only to improve your creative skills but also to inspire you to achieve your goals.

• Be a Risk-Taker: This is another way to improve our creative skills. We must try to take risks because they may lead to our success. Disappointment sometimes is a great blessing; we must continue doing what we love with the hope that one day everything will work out positively the way we want.

• Avoid Negative Thinking: This creates fear in the minds of young talented people. We need to overcome negative thoughts that come to our minds because if this happens, we may not be able to do anything. Whenever you experience such thoughts, try to replace them with a positive idea.

We have so many examples of creative skills, but depending on your favorite one, you choose to keep progressing in life.

1. Writing skill: This is an example of creative skill where we write for passion to improve our writing or benefit readers who find it interesting. For example, on the Steemit platform, there are many bloggers who showcase their writing skills by participating in contests or writing something interesting about their daily activities. Although we have areas of specialization, some specialize in writing about sports, businesses, crypto, and so on.

2. Music: This is another example where young talented people can compose their songs perfectly without seeking assistance from others. In fact, it is one of the popular creative skills all over the world. Young people who break through earn money and become famous when others listen to their music.

3. Social media: Some people find it interesting to manage the social media accounts of organizations or individuals, such as Facebook, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram, among others. They promote someone's social media account, making it one of the fastest-growing creative skills in today's world.

Are there any risk involved in creativity? Explain if yes or no.

Failure is one of the major risks why people are afraid because there is no 100% guarantee that your idea will succeed. Coming up with something new is not easy because the person may be in a state of confusion while trying to perfect their work, and if care is not taken, it may later result in stress and mental fatigue.
