You have delegated to the @steem-sri.lanka account which is an Auto Voting and delegation reward sending account. At the same time, this account has delegated its own SP to the Tipu account.
Below is a screenshot that I have taken from their Investment purpose curation project discord channel. This is a reply from the owner of this account named @randulakoralage.
This steem-sri.lanka account has delegated their own SP to another famous Bid-Bot account Tipu

There's no final decision on students who delegated to your community. For now, we instruct them to remove their delegation from the community until a final conclusion is reached. I don't have any issues with @steem-sri.lanka, but i believe whichever situation going on will be resolved soon by our team. Thank you.

It should be. We also like to support your investigation. But we need clean criteria about what is the investigation is about. Because how someone investigate us without talking us and without getting details of us.
Well, this is an issue raised in the academy team which i believe will be resolved soon. I don't think i owe you further explanation on this. This is just a guideline for our students to keep participating in the homework task until a final decision is made. Thank you.
So you have no answer directly. Now I will talk.. You asked from members to remove delegations because you think we are voting service.. Let me tell you this..I don't know about your definitions regarding voting bots or any thing..But I would prefer to know only upvu or tipu are voring services which you not allow to delegte to members in academy?. Then what about justyy?? Delegating to justty is allowed for academy users?right?
Yes, they have now removed the delegation a few hours ago after the revelation of their fault. But auto voting tools have not stopped yet.
