I want to start with the good stuff... I liked your explanation of question 3, although I admit I had a hard time understanding your handwriting (LOL), I think you explained that part very well.

On the other hand in question 5 remember that you had to identify a divergence. Unfortunately in the example you used there is no divergence, so the operation is invalid.

Finally in question 6 I think you missed to make a trade, which could be in a demo account.
