Even if we ignore the cultural aspects of abuse, physical abuse is still an abuse in this whole world. It hurts all the people of different cultures alike.
They may victim blame a person but we can't ignore that a person's physical space was violated. It's like a universal fact.
Socials aspects come later, a victim has to suffer alone first and if they don't heal themselves, they project their traumas onto some innocent in the future too, mostly.
It's an ugly viscious cycle.

Да, основным травмирующим моментом является момент физического (и морального) насилия. То, что происходит потом в разных культурах и обществах лишь дополняет клубок проблем новыми нитями.
