$STEEM APR in Binance Earn has surged again.

Recently, $STEEM price volatility has been higher. It's better than low price volatility. High price volatility means interests of market participants. I think derivative traders are staring at $STEEM.

Take a look at spot $STEEM trading volume. It has also increased. It seems something will occur in the near future. Is it related to $SBD(STEEM Dollars) issue that is designated by Upbit exchange as a cautionary crypto?
