Take a look at Doge coin chart. When would it be good for investing altcoins?

Doge coin chart shows that before Bitcoin(BTC) halving, it seems forming descending triangle, and acuumulation. After halving, Doge coin had increased for more than 1 year.

When it comes to quant(quantitative) investment, it would be better to invest altcoins after BTC halving. Well, someone may say surging Doge coin price was caused by Elon Musk. I partially agree with this opinion. But, the previous altcoin bull market was triggered by BTC bull market.

4 years ago, I had a tough time due to the bearish altcoin market. It was not fluctuating, and boring. I analyzed the past chart for 2013 ~ 2017, and recognized there was a pattern like that. Someone said that altcoins are done. What they said is what I heard that 4 years ago. The quant investment is not negligible.
