Very interesting and useful post! I especially liked the tea recipe – everything is simple, natural and healthy. I love it when simple ingredients like fennel and cardamom are used so effectively. The recipe for strengthening bones also impressed me – oats and sesame seeds are real superfoods! Thanks for such great ideas, I will definitely try it! 🌿💚
