Health Competition - Best Exercise in Nature: ROCK CLIMBING!!!
Nothing has ever changed my physical activity level or inspired me to push myself as much as rock climbing has!
Every time I set foot out toward a crag (that's what we call the area of rocks/walls that we'll be climbing), it is a completely different and new experience. Even if it's the same place I've seen a hundred times, I never know how my body and mind will work together to get me up (or not get me up) the wall.
Climbing is the only form of exercise I've experienced that is completely dependent on my mental state. If I'm sad, mad, nervous or not feeling well, I won't be able to perform, no matter how hard I tell my body to do it. On the other hand, when my body and mind work together, I've been able to overcome fears and push myself beyond what I would have ever thought I was capable of doing!!
I highly recommend trying rock climbing to anyone who is looking for an adventurous sport that will take you to new places, introduce you to a rich culture and allow you to push yourself to do things you'd never imagine that you were capable of!

Best exercise in the nature - gymnastic
I make this post to support @tatjanastan Health competition
My favourite exercise in the nature is gymnastic and yoga.
I love to brith fresh air and to feel the mother Earth.
Usually I even don't use a yoga mat because for me grass or send is a natural carpet.
I combine stretching with deep breathing exersises and it gives perfect results. As more deep I breath as more I relax
Some times I like to do more active exercises - like flips, jumps or aerial gymnastic.
I want to add also that natural diet helps me a lot, I mean raw food - fruits and vegetables. It gives to body additional flexibility.

My favourite usual exercise is "Benching". It involves the use of a flat bench with two heavy stones on a rod which is placed on the bench.
It helps in building my chest and also adding a unique taste to my physique.

Its my favourite exercise ,a known physical activity, its attracting, does not cost a lot to participate, one can do it at any favorableness period. But running requires more energy than jogging which requires low intensity level.
Benefits of running and jogging to health:
It gives fitness, stamina(some people wonder how i am balanced i.e stamina when i am not that weighty) and maintain healthy weight,it reduces body fat level,burn plenty of Kilojoules.
It ameliorate flexibility of muscles and strengthen the muscles and bones
It enhances mobility of the joints, impairs anxiety and diminishes depression, ameliorate posture and coordination, i love the exercise a lot.
Moreover, it causes less strain and injuries than other forms of exercise,keeps from some diseases.

HEALTH COMPETITION - BEST EXERCISE IN NATURE__
We call this exercise here Touch-Your-Toes . It involves bending a little above 90 degrees, swinging your body left to right with your legs fixated (about an axis). It is very common and involves flexing the body in multiple direction.
This gets rid of negative energy, eases flow of blood, relieve tension around joints, improves flexibility, burns away unwanted calories and frees one of High Density Cholesterol

Arung Jeram adalah olahraga alam bebas dengan memanfaatkan sungai yang berjeram. Olahraga arung jeram sangat bermanfaat, tidak hanya sebagai sarana olahraga untuk menyehatkan badan tapi juga membentuk mental yang kuat karena terbiasa menghadapi rintangan di jeram dan bebatuan di sungai dan juga membentuk rasa saling peduli sehingga kekompakan tim dalam satu perahu semakin keren. Dan juga dengan semakin besarnya jeram maka akan semakin menyenangkan sehingga sangat ampuh dalam mengobati stres serta dengan arung jeram maka akan membangkitkan energi positif kita untuk terus bersyukur atas ciptaan Tuhan dengan keindahan alam yang masih asri.
Arung jeram memiliki sensasi yang berbeda beda pada setiap sungai yang kita arungi karena setiap sungai memiliki tingkat kesulitan jeram yang berbeda beda. Semakin besar grade jeram yang kita arungi maka akan semakin besar juga persiapan yang kita lakukan. Adapun persiapan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan latihan seperti warming up, jogging, sprint, shuttle run, sit up, back up, push up, pull up, five style, dan cooling down. Latihan ini dilakukan agar fisik kita siap dengan tantangan arung jeram dan juga untuk meminimalisir cedera fisik seperti keram karena tubuh kita akan shock jika tiba-tiba melakukan kegiatan arung jeram.
Dalam kegiatan arung jeram tentunya bermain dengan alam dan selain persiapan latihan masih banyak persiapan lain yang harus dilakukan seperti mempelajari tentang ilmu tentang arung jeram, sungai, navigasi sungai, tali temali, manajemen, PPGD, dan materi lain yang diperlukan.
