Its my favourite exercise ,a known physical activity, its attracting, does not cost a lot to participate, one can do it at any favorableness period. But running requires more energy than jogging which requires low intensity level.
Benefits of running and jogging to health:
It gives fitness, stamina(some people wonder how i am balanced i.e stamina when i am not that weighty) and maintain healthy weight,it reduces body fat level,burn plenty of Kilojoules.
It ameliorate flexibility of muscles and strengthen the muscles and bones
It enhances mobility of the joints, impairs anxiety and diminishes depression, ameliorate posture and coordination, i love the exercise a lot.
Moreover, it causes less strain and injuries than other forms of exercise,keeps from some diseases.
