I will try to join this and make a post about it. I will ask my boyfriend who happens to be a nurse and is going to medical school about good remedies.
Hopefully, he would respond on my text message so that he could share insights or might as well I share mine since I experience headache often times than normal person should do.

yes I agree...the things inside are useful...better then somebody saying just nice...thanks for your wish to join us
