I had recently heard some good stuff about cinnamon :) and since we all love it anyway, I have incorporated it into things like shake n bake for chicken. I am sure one of the colonels secret ingredients is cinnamon as several people thought it tasted like Kentucky Fried Chicken lol. Good stuff!

I think you are right about KFC using it as one of their secret ingredients!
You know, thinking about it, I could definitely see cinnamon in their recipe.
