Dopamine and Exercise! The key to Fitness that Works

Hi everyone, I would like to write and talk about my most common question I receive from fans during Livestreams and other health related video topics is " What is the best workout? Or what is the best way to get in shape?"
I have a very simple answer to this question! It is find something physical that brings you joy. What makes you happy? Is it martial arts? Is it dancing? Is it being outdoors in a nature? You need to dig deep to really sit back think and feel what motivates you, makes you feel good, and brings that joy to you. To start it is important to understand the role play of dopamine in your exercise. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that helps control the brains reward and pleasure centers it also regulates emotional responses and movement. It not only helps you to see your rewards but also taking action to move toward them. The most common serge of dopamine is falling in love. Can you fall in love with something physical like exercise? Absolutely. Physical exercise and activity is something your body craves. Your brain doesn't only release dopamine, it will also release serotonin, endorphins and beta-endorphins, even endocannabinoids.
Of course aerobic activity has amazing known health benefits including function of cardiovascular, pulmonary and endocrine systems, mental function, longevity, and antidepressant effect as well and to state it simply, healthier people are happier people. Your body is your temple and you should treat it as such. Exercise is an act of self-love and showing gratitude for this physical body your temple that you have been gifted with this life.
When you are happy in mind body and spirit it creates a myriad of additional benefits spiraling out into the universe signaling more positivity into your life. We are energetic beings who transmit signals to one another in a web of our collective consciousness. So taking care of you and your happiness spreads to uplift others unseen. When you are doing things that make you happy it creates more of just that into your life.
So so again my advice is to search for a form of exercise that bring you happiness. You dont have to painfully go from machine to machine at a standard gym. There are many things you can do physically that can give you more rewards than just a great physique!
