2. Stay Extra Hydrated

3. Proper Hygiene Habits

Learn to practice healthy and proper hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice or thrice a day, clean your tongue, floss your teeth, and use an anti-bacterial mouthwash. Developing such habits is really essential particularly to those who are at risk of bad breath, including those who are wearing braces or dentures. It is also important to visit your doctor at least twice a year and remember to replace your toothbrush every now and then.
