Drink a cup of coffee before exercise to boost your stamina
Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world and is known for its property of improving mental alertness. According to a research, if you drink coffee 30 to 60 minutes before exercising or a sports activity, it increases your muscle strength and power, and you would feel significant improvement in your performance.
Per my experience, you can feel at least 20% performance improvement if you drink a cup of coffee before exercising. But you should avoid drinking too much of coffee because it can interfere with your sleep pattern and might keep you awake for a while at night!
