1 Month body transformation - Easy Way - Day 1 Wed - 20/07/16
1st official day of the workout regime. Feeling a little under the weather, but regime is so easy that I have no excuses.
8pm - 15 wall pressups, 15 squats, no chest pulls as my wife has misplaced my Chest Pull!
2 eggs with yolk plus 7 cubes of spinach
1pm - Lunch - Just a boring bowl of salad
8pm - Dinner - pork chop and some salad.
Ooops had a little ice cream.
9pm - 70 kettle bell swings 12kg - reps - 16, 14 ,12, 12, 10, 6. (Done in evening as I was busy at work)
Weight 12 stone 5lbs. Waist 35inch.
