Well you see when you drink to much alcohol not only does that dehydrate you but it also puts your immune system in a compromise state and to bring your immune system back up you need some thing like a natural fix like antioxidant rich berries,and studies show that blueberries are very good at boosting your immune system plus another added benefit is that blueberries are very rich in vitamin K and also C.Then we have the good old Banana which has a good amount of carbs plus a good amount of nutrients just so you will not have an energy crash later in your day and being the banana has a good amount of potassium also it will help to rehydrate you too,I my self when i used to drink would take good old tomato juice the next day it worked very good also.
