Well then you can try just deep Breathing you see metal stress puts your body in what is called fight or flight mode and during this youd stress hormones are released and you will have some symptoms like faster hear beat a lot quicker breathing plus constricted blood vessels also and by deep breathing you can help to activate your parasympathetic nervous system which really controls your relaxation response also plus there are a few deep breathing exercises that one can try but the effect is all about the same ou see the goal here is to focus on your breathing making it slower and deeper this all helps your heart rate to slow down which makes you feel more at peace with yourself there are a few deep breathing types like diaphregmatic,and then there is abdominal,then thete is belly breathing they all work to get rid of stress and anxiety.
