Everyone is!

But still, never cease to amaze me how someone can gain weight over a period of, say, twenty or thirty years and expect dramatic weight loss result in a week or two.
It just doesn't work that way -- though strengthening your body, gradually boosting your metabolism with exercise, and improving your eating habits -- takes time.Powerful results are always best accomplished over time. Losing weight is no exception.

Most people who are successful at maintaining their motivation tend to take a long-term view and improving their life and health.
They tend to focus on the fact that they feel a little bit better today and encourage by knowing that they will feel even better tomorrow.

Then what are we exactly going to do?

Focus on feeling better and feeling better about yourself -- TODAY
Take the time to acknowledge and praise yourself each day that you stick with your chosen path to your goals, especially when results are slow.Also as you make improvements, take time to recognize them, such as small positive changes in how your clothes fit.
Above all, be sure to acknowledge the many ways that your life has improved since you started.

Make a list or keep a journal, but recognize your accomplishments!

  • I feel better.

  • I sleep better.

  • I'm not stressed out.

  • I'm gaining energy each day.

  • I feel stronger.

  • I feel I can walk anywhere.

  • I no longer get out of breath.

  • I can do things that i couldn't do before.

  • I'm getting compliments on my appearance now.

  • My skin looks better.

  • I look healthier

  • My clothes fit better

Take time to praise yourself each day that you "stick with it"

I wish I can do exercises continuously , the problem is I get bored then stop.

That happens to anybody, that's why motivation like this is made.

Why does boredom occurs in when someone is trying to be slim here, hahaha

Just put in mind to have patience and not to make any excuses.
