You will experience setbacks - everyone does. The best way to see setbacks is to see them as challenges and a natural part of progress. Challenges add meaning to your life and represent opportunities for you to grow. If you can overcome your setbacks and reach your goals despite them, you have shown true strength, character, discipline and determination. Your ultimate sense of accomplishments will be greater.

Many people use setbacks to let themselves off the hook consciously or unconsciously, they secretly want the opportunity to get out of the hard work of change or to confirm that they weren't meant to achieve what they set out to do. Don't be someone to waits for setbacks to occur, you are only using them as excuses to throw them. Using setbacks this way is the major reason why people return to their old habits and their previous way of life.Don't give in to it.

Don't give up!

Don't let setbacks take away you in the progress. View these stumbling blocks as life's way of asking you " How much do you really want this?".

Be prepared to occasionally experience:

  • muscular soreness,
  • blisters, body aches,
  • cold flues,
  • disappointment,
  • family commitment,
  • work commitments,
  • lack of motivation.

It helps to have a sense of humor -- especially when you're trying to improve yourself and your life. Just keep a positive attitude.

When it comes to maintaining weight loss, positive attitude isis one of the most important traits to possess. At the root of having a positive attitude is the core belief that you are fully capable, of doing what takes to reach your goals and the belief that you are going to continue doing it what it takes through thick and thin. And that means for the rest of your life!

Do you often procrastinate?

We've been all guilty of procrastination at one point or another. However, it has to be broken. If you want results and you want them to last. Success will depend on daily effort and recommitment to your goals.

Let's be honest, ** procrastination** is often really fear masked by laziness. Anytime you want something or say that you want it, and you won't either take the proper steps to accomplish it, you're being lazy as well as afraid of the unknown. For that matter, anything that holds you back can be directly traced you back to the feeling of fear.

What is keeping you to start your goal to bring health and happiness into your life? What are you afraid of? Identify it.Once you do, you will conquer one of your greatest obstacles.

Get to start your personal cycle of procrastination.

You can do it! Get started right now.

Commit to something that's important to you. Don't be afraid to be happy and strong. Pick the day that you'll begin to exercise.

  • Buy your athletic shoes.
  • Buy your workout clothes.
  • Rearrange your schedule to accommodate your exercise.

Let the people in your life know that your goal is important to you. Above all, honor your commitment to yourself.

I admit I often procrastinate, oh my i am so gulity. It is really hard making promise to myself then later brake it.

Don't be so sad about that, it happens to anyone. The only one I know who don't procrastinate is the Trainer or the Gym Instructor, LOL

Im currently in both yoga and basic exercise.
I Stop whenever my PMS and period gets in the way though.

sometimes the failures make you stop. I unfortunately of such a nature that I work better if I am praised. when I'm scolded, my hands go down...
