5 Tibetan Rites

This 2000-year-old exercise is a healing and rejuvenating rite. It helps to harmonize the energy flows in your body and mends any physical blocks that you might experience. It is so easy to learn: you start with 3 repetitions every day (preferably in the morning after waking up) and then increase the number by adding two more repetitions each week. The maximum number is 21 that you will then reach on the 10th week. From then on you'll do these 21 repetitions every day. You will experience the positive effects only a few weeks after you start doing it.
