There seems to be lots of conflicting information out there about whether it is possible or even beneficial to alkalise the body. I don't pretend to have the answer to this but one thing is for sure....your body will always benefit from eating less processed foods and more raw (preferably organic) fruit, veg, nuts etc. Thank you fof sharing!
