We just started drinking 1-2 cups of tea recently since we knew its health benefits. Indeed it makes a difference when you consume it than coffee or milk. It's the best option!

The three drinks have differnet functions, I think coffee is for energy, milk is for the bones and tea is for cleansing...

I read that consuming cow's milk is not really healthy for us. And getting calcium from vegetables or consuming milk plant-based are healthier.
Also, I can't consume coffee because it gives me uncomfortable feeling like strong palpitation of the heart even it's decaffeinated. That's why tea is the best option for me. Just natural ❤️
