When your heart and lungs are healthy you can do your daily activity without any hassle with extra stamina.

Regular exercise improves your health and slow your aging process. Even 10 minutes exercise can make a very good difference im our life. When we exercise respiratory, energy, and muscular systems all work together to supply energy to the working muscles and cleanse all the wastage, physical activity also help us live long, healthy and quality life which is most important for us when there are much health crisis.

We mostly do exercise to reduce our weight and make us look better which perfectly right but we also need exercise to get healthy life better respiratory system which can provide us confident, stamina and strength to tackle problems in life. It's also reduced depression, anxiety, mental stress , sleeping disorder, cancer related fatigue and improves oxygen levels.

Its not important to exercise everyday we also can exercise twice or thrive a week but its much more better to exercise when daily to get better results. When we start exercising regularly its would be hard but slowly we will get used to it. Its leads us to be more alert energetic and our brains function will boost too.
