😴celebrate good sleep.😴[1 minute wellness #001]
after 4 nights in a row getting 7+ hours of sleep, i feel fantastic. it takes more than one night. healing is a long process, its days if not weeks for results to be noticeable.
this is my new series, short 1-minute reads about health wellness creativity happiness etc
for me after about 4 days in a row of really good sleep, i feel supercharged. like my mood is great, the world is smiling on me. i can do more, and i can tolerate more nonsense without getting thrown off of my positive rhythm. its a fantastic feeling.
we should celebrate good sleep amongst ourselves. spending at least 7 if not 8-9 hours a night sleeping is great for health and productivity.
it also feels great.
more sleep makes us happier and creative and its a wonderful thing. from now on instead of bragging about not sleeping i.e. “i work so hard i only sleep 5 hours a night” lets do the opposite — lets say things like “i work so hard that i have to get great sleep, 7+ hours every night.”
just my two cents. i’m no doctor, but i am a sleeper.
