Trying to manage blood sugar.......

I have been dealing with blood sugar problems here as of late. I know when I was younger I used to get shakey when I was working or being active. I would just stop eat and carry on. Now that I am older it seems to be taking more to feel better.

It's scarry at times. I feel like I m going to die. For the last couple weeks I have been on a low carb diet to try and loose a few pounds and maybe feel a little better. I managed to loose 10 pounds! I was feeling better. But now I started feeling tired and depelieted.... Super hungry all the time. I was just wondering if anyone out thede has any sugesstions to help aid ne on my venture. Thanks for listening to me. And have a great evening.

I find it helps to eat small meals or snacks often throughout the day instead of the traditional three meals. Easier to digest and keeps the metabolism working. Also since fruits or some chopped vegetables make an easy snack, I actually eat them now even though I would ignore them with a big meal... I might not love them, but if that's what's in front of me I'll end up munching it eventually lol...

I have been doing that as well. Trying to portion and snack. I also think I may have cut out to much carbs... Concidering everybody metabolizes differtly. Thanks for you info!
