  1. Healthy diet
    A well-balanced diet is one of the key steps to good health, at any age. We eat at least three healthy and nutritious meals a day and remember that dinner should not be the biggest meal. We fill our plate with foods that are good for us such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, good fats and we choose unprocessed foods as much as possible.

  2. Good sleep
    Sleep deprivation is associated with many diseases, including obesity and heart disease. A good and quality sleep is necessary at every age and favors good physical and mental health.

  3. Reduce stress
    Easier said than done, I saw in the middle of a pandemic, but this deserves to be one of the goals to which we will dedicate the rest of 2023!

    Physical activity such as walking in nature can help us begin to control the stress in our lives. If we feel that the situation is beyond our capabilities, we should not hesitate to ask for the help of an expert.

  4. Exercise
    Get into the good habit of getting out of the house and walking or running, aim to maintain it throughout the year. • Running: it is an ideal exercise for improving endurance and good cardiovascular health. Of course, this does not mean that we should run at a fast pace, with the risk of causing injuries.
