I hope so too. I have also thought about buying a smartwatch which would sync with my health app to make it more easy for me to track my steps. I just don't know if it's worth it since I'm not actually even a "sporty" person :D
Mine activity tracker is also syncable with an app in the phone. I found it very convenient as is genuinely helped to track daily activities. I think following your activities via phone would help you as well.
The Polar’s app, however, isn’t the best possible. 🤦🏼♀️ The recorded sport activities are difficult to change/otherwise make amendments to beforehand. 🤔👎🏼
