Wow! This was an amazing read, I have never tried chlorella before but after seeing all of these health benefits I definitely am trying it out.
I saw you said that you make it in your smoothies as well. Does chlorella have a strong taste? And what do you put into your smoothie usually? 🍍
Usually I put bananas or blueberries or whatever to kill the taste because it's really awful🤢 That's why I started taking chlorella in tablets.
