The Benefits of Improving Your Posture and How To Do So in 2 Easy Steps!
If you're anything like the average Steemit user, you probably spend a good amount of time looking at your computer writing your latest masterpiece. When sitting down, it is very easy to fall into the habit of slouching your shoulders, and leaning your neck forward to see the screen better. This is extremely common for laptop users. Luckily, it's pretty easy to improve your posture with a quick exercise you can do just a few times a week. Below I will give you a few examples on how you can fix your posture, and start reaping the benefits of a healthy posture.
It's fairly easy to test how good your posture is. Do as the picture says. Place your heels about 6 inches from a flat wall, and have your butt, head, and shoulders touch the wall. Your lower back should have about 1 inch of space in between it and the wall. The same goes for your neck - about 1 inch away from the wall. If this is the case, you're already in good shape!
Take a look in the mirror before you do this exercise and take note of how your neck and head are positioned in relation to your shoulders. Now, just watch the video and do exactly as he says. Make sure to pay attention to the part about chin positioning. Once you run through this exercise, you will immediately see a slight improvement in posture. Keep it up every day for even better results.
THAT'S IT!
