Whatever you eat, do not forget to exercise.

No matter what you are eating or what your daily diet is, one should not compromise with exercising on a daily basis. Because that is something that we can do anytime, even if you mess up your diet plan.

I know it is way difficult for people to keep a balanced diet, one point or another we just forget about it and bow down to our food cravings. It is totally fine. What's not fine is messing up your body by not exercising enough. This is where most people go wrong. They get all excited and start to workout for 1 day, 2 days, maybe a week but after that it's all same story. They quit.

This is why the obesity rate is increasing every year. I have seen people blaming their diet but they hardly consider talking about how lazy they have got. How lenient they take the term 'Exercise'. Believe me the real reason of increase fat is the fact that "you are consuming more calories than you burn out". That simple. So you eat a lot, take in a lot of calories. But you forget to burn those calories by doing cardio or any exercise regularly. Muscle cramps are another excuse to escape. Muscle cramps are temporary, they are here to test your will. Unfortunately many of us give up on that.

The game is simple: want to lose weight? start burning more calories than you take in.
