Benefits of swimming, why should you decide to exercise in water. ๐Ÿคฝ ๐ŸŒŠ ๐ŸŠ

Many poeople don't like going to swimming pool and swim. I think that they're afraid of water but I noticed that most of people are just ashamed of their body. But swimming is such a good way to lost your extra weight and also by swimming you build up your muscles. Personally I love swimming! I can do about 2000 meters (in one hour) but I do it more as a recreation (not for competition) and also when I'm stressed out. This activity helps me to chill and "forget" about the world :D .

So I wanna present to you benefits from swimming and I would encourage you guys to do this activity (of course you don't need to do 2 km like me๐Ÿ˜†)!



Secret of swimming

Secret of training is in this, that water reduces your weight so that's why we are lighter in water. It has 800 times more density than air. That works like resistance training which works for most of our muscles in arm, leg, waist, buttocks and it also shall asist our metabolism.



Therapy in water

It is important in ponds diseases treatment and as much as every kind of injuries, because we feel lighter and it gives little resistance, so that allow for effective exercises for people which have problems with pain. During work out in water we don't burden our ponds because water is amortising our body moves, pushes our body up and at the same time it forces flesh to intensive work.




  • It is great way to work out. All your muscles go against the resistance of water. During swimming you burn to 500-700 kcal per hour. Not only swimming is good for losing weight but also other acivities like aqua aerobic, aqua fitness and corrective swimming. This is preferable for those people who can't swim or don't like it. If you want start training in pool and your goal is to lose weight, You need to know that your organism started drawing energy from fat tissue after around 20 minutes after intensive effort. If you want to deal with it you need to correctly move in water. So it's better that you take a few lessons with teacher of swimming. :)




  • It's helpful with keeping your backside in good condition. Activities in water don't charge your spine, bones and ponds. It strengthen you muscles especially ridge muscle which supports our spine. It is such a good way to correct defects in our posture. Also swimming as well as other activities in water are beneficial for people which have sitting-mode. Long-term sitting in wrong position causes congestion our spinal and it can be more dangerous that we expect.

  • swimming shall asisst your respiratory system, reduce risk of stroke, a heart attack and diabetes
  • Studies presented on conference in American College of Sports Medicine shows that systematic activity in water greatly reduces biological age, so it works rejuvenating. Blood pressure, level of cholesterol, performance-enhancing cardio-vascular system, work of nervous system and cognitive processes in some amateur is on the same level like a younger year.

I've been swimming for several years, swimming keeps you really in good shape, builds long muscles without damaging articulations, it's a great sport and way to remove daily stress ! Highly recommended ! Nice post @babettxx !
