When it comes to moderation on sugar people can choose what they want. If they want optimum health all processed sugars without exception should be avoided. The only sugars which should be consumed are complex sugars in whole fruits and the like. However, even these sugars should be limited with the majority of our calories coming from vegtables.

And the scientific rationale for your directives? You've been watching too many netflix "documentaries". Sure sugar potentially increases glycation, enhances igf, and insulin increases essential fatty acid desaturases. Such shouldn't pose issues if one had proper niacin stores, mineral availability, and sufficient omega 3 intake. You clearly express more certainty than you should on this matter, though i'll grant that such a diet could be beneficial to those already unwell.
