Simply add turmeric(a asiatic herbs curcuma longa) powder 1 teaspoon in milk and boiled,add sugar as your taste.You can add 1teaspoon honey.Drink this hot milk at night.Good in winter season.

I love golden turmeric milk so much... but I don't consume any dairy products so I replace the milk with coconut milk, it's delishhhh! Give it a try!! I'm sure you will like it too.
My personal way to prepare this:
Whisk coconut milk, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, a little bit of coconut oil, black pepper, little bit of sea salt, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavours have melted in with the liquid, apr 10 minutes. Strain through a mesh into the mugs and sweeten with honey then top with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!!
