which people happy?

every one know that
every people want to be happy in life. but exactly 99% not happy.
day by day world people grows high but people are not care in health.

why the reason? a lot of reason should be but i dont want to talk about the reason.
it take long time.

i know only one category people who are really happy.i know you also agree with me.
the people has no any disease. honestly without disease people may be happy.
