                           But there are steps you can take to reduce face and neck fat without having to go under the knife. Here are three simple, yet effective ways to help you lose that annoying facial fat as well as overall body weight and make sure you look elegant everyday:

Drink more water

                          Drink plenty of water each day – at least 8 glasses a day. Drinking lots of water has been proven to aid in rapid weight loss. When you drink more water, your body tends to retain less water. Drinking water before meals also helps you feel full and avoid overeating, which is a main factor that contributes to weight gain. 

Eat healthy

                         Watch what you eat as this hugely impact on your body weight and how you look. Opt for fresh fruits and vegetables that are high in fibre and other nutrients but low in calories. Cut back on unhealthy foods such as processed and fried foods that contain lots of saturated fat and trans-fat, which tend to be stored in your body and face. Do some facial exercises

                              Try to perform some facial exercises such as chin lifts, lips pull, blowing air exercise.
