So, I've gotta really tear Joe Biden a new asshole when it comes to gun control.

He said that the Second Amendment never allowed people to own cannons.

To this day, it's entirely legal for private citizens to own cannons. A lot of the cannons used in the production of the film Gettysburg were provided by reenactors who brought their own hardware.

The Second Amendment was never intended to have caveats that there would be certain guns that the government can have and private citizens can't. He's just hilariously wrong about this issue.
