What is maturity? How can the maturity of a person be defined?
Hello my fellow Steemians!
My today's topic is on something that is very important for one in his/her life. We always plan our actions thinking what others may think about what we do. Also, as humans I feel everyone at some point of their life deals with a situation where they are told to be "Mature". When you are told this, you all think deep what maturity is? You think hard and make your own definition of maturity according to your own thinking and the situation you were in. However, maturity is not limited to only one situation and one person.
So you might be wondering what according to people out there in this world maturity is? For this, here is something I found useful and think is right as well.
Maturity is when you don't want anyone to motivate you…
Maturity is when you realise that abusive words are not cool
Maturity is when you realised Nothing is forever
Maturity is when you didn't expect anything
Maturity is when you understand other's situation more than yours
Maturity is when you stopped making judgement about others
Maturity is when you don't care what others are thinking about you
Maturity is when you stopped doing show off's
Maturity is when you find positive in any situation
Maturity is when you forgive others
Maturity is when you don't care what others is doing in there life
Maturity is when you always get excited when you see someone even though you are not in a mood just to make the other one feel more special
Maturity is when you don't ask the other one what is your decision… just say I am with you in every decision.
Maturity is when you don't ruin your mood when someone comes late just greet him/her with your sweetest smile
Maturity is when you are happy on your own
Maturity is when you want to do productive in any thing even as an entertainment you want to learn something
Maturity is when you stopped being crying baby
Maturity is when you greet everyone with the warmest hug… may be it's the last goodbye….
Maturity is when you messaged your loved ones just to know them that today is your birthday greet me with your beautiful wishes…
Maturity is when you just admit your mistake and apologize without further argument..
Maturity is when you just focus on actions more than words…
Maturity is when you stopped being critic..

In psychology, maturity is the ability to respond to the environment in an appropriate manner.
I agree with you on the points, many people think that maturity comes with age, but it's not the case always, you may be a 60 yr old man but may not be mature. What I think, maturity is actually inner self-realisation of oneself. Nice post 👍, I like to read this kind of things when I am relaxing. Thank you
@pankajborah Self-realisation is something that helps one to know where he is doing wrong but above points are ones that one needs to act like.
I really like your post according to me person is matured when he is able to understand his responsiblity towards society, for his parents for his life and every thing where he is connected in his life. Once person is able to understand responsiblity he will be mature
